These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the AA Lederhosen website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

1. About Us

AA Lederhosen is operated by AA Accessories & Products, based in The Hague, Netherlands.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, materials, descriptions and sizes as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

As leather and suede are natural materials, minor variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur. Such natural variations are not necessarily defects.

Please check the product description and size information carefully before ordering.

3. Prices & Payment

Product prices are displayed on our website in the applicable currency and include VAT where required.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment must be successfully completed or authorised before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock errors or incorrect customer/order information.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed during business hours may be dispatched the same business day whenever possible.

All orders are shipped with tracking. We use reliable shipping partners, including FedEx.

We currently offer free shipping on orders over €99.

Deliveries to Germany and Austria typically arrive within 2–3 business & other parts of the Europe in 3-4 buisness days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, carrier delays, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable law and legal exceptions.

To request a return, please use the Returns Form on our website or contact us.

Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Returned products should be unused, unworn and returned with their original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. Customers may inspect a product as they would in a physical shop, but may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and returned using the appropriate payment method. Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, including qualifying personalised or made-to-order products.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order information and details of the problem.
Where required under applicable consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated with the relevant promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied retrospectively to orders already completed.

We may modify or end promotions where permitted by law. This does not affect orders already concluded under an applicable promotion.

9. Intellectual Property

The content of the AA Lederhosen website, including our original photographs, text, graphics, logos and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Content belonging to third parties remains the property of its respective owners.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission except where permitted by law.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care in operating our website and fulfilling customer orders.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. We are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer residing elsewhere in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law applicable to your situation.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when that order is placed.
