Shopping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over €99 Only In Netherlands, For All Other Locations we offer flat rate of 9.99 Euros. All orders are shipped with tracking, so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

We aim to dispatch orders the same business day whenever possible. We use reliable shipping partners, including FedEx, for fast and secure delivery.

Deliveries to Germany and Austria typically arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times to other destinations may vary.

Returns

We accept returns; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To return an item, please submit the Returns Form on our website and send us the tracking information once the parcel has been shipped.

Items must be returned unused, unworn and with all original tags attached. Products with removed or reattached tags cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET.

Orders placed during business hours are prepared as quickly as possible, with same-day dispatch whenever possible. Orders received after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
