Shipping Info

We offer free shipping services above 50 euros. All packages sent in the name of AA Products are provided with a tracking number.

Returns

We don't offer free returns. Customer is responsible for the returns. Please fill up the returns form on our web shop & send us a message with the track & trace so that we can keep record of it.  If you are not sure with the purchase, we request you not to take out the tags, we will not be able to return or exchange the product if the Tag is removed or reattached. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed from 9.00am to 5pm CET, from Monday to Friday. Orders received after 5pm on Friday will be processed on the Monday after.
